The society holds monthly meetings at the Prestwood Village Hall starting at 8:00pm on the second Thursday. We have an experienced speaker - subjects include gardening topics, natural and local history and travel. We have garden outings, plant sales, a harvest supper and a show. Members receive a newsletter four times a year and qualify for discounts at local nurseries.
Prestwood Nature aims to protect and enhance the quality of the natural environment in the Prestwood area through the involvement of local residents. Run Wexham. Each year Wexham Park Hospital hosts a 5 mile cross-country/trail race to raise money for hospital charities. The race assembly and parking is withing the grounds though the race is run over adjacent countyryside and farmland. Other incidental fundrising events are also held through the year.
