1st Kingshill Scout Group has approximately 70 boys and girls in our Beaver, Cub and Scout sections, mostly from the villages and schools of Great and Little Kingshill, between Great Missenden and High Wycombe. We offer a great variety of activities for our children, encouraging widespread contact and involvement between the sections and also with the member’s whole family.

Ashendon Parish Council was formed in November 1968 taking over from the previous format of Parish Meetings. The current Council was elected into office in May 2007 with a 65% turnout. Ashendon Parish has 100 dwellings and there are 191 people on the Electoral Register.

Our Institute was formed in 1959. In 2009 we celebrated out Golden Anniversary! We meet at 7.30 pm on the first Thursday each month in the hall at the Freeman Memorial Church, Buckingham Road, Bletchley. We have 60 members and enjoy a varied programme of speakers. Annual subscription is £29.50, which includes eight copies per year of the WI magazine.

The Community Association manages the Community Centre. We have two halls for hire. The Centre is open seven days a week providing over a hundred activities and events. Disabled access and parking. Various discounts available. Crockery hire for in house or outside functions.
The Buckinghamshire (Bucks) Guild of Spinners, Weavers and Dyers exists to support those interested in spinning, weaving and dyeing. The Guild meets on the first Saturday of each month in Amersham. The Guild invites speakers from all aspects of crafts, and also arranges workshops, demonstrations and 'doing' days. Visitors are welcome.

Bucks NARF is a branch of the National Association of Retired Firefighters of the United Kingdom. Membership is open to all ex-members of the Fire Service either Full Time or Retained.

There is a Function Hall and Committee Room available for hire. Various Sports Sections are available for a range of age groups. Membership is discounted for Council and Local Authority staff.
