  2. Committee
The Committee is elected by the Members of the Association and each member of the Committee serves for three years after which they may offer themselves for re-election.

  3. Subscriptions
At the AGM of the Association held in 2003 it was agreed that annual subscriptions should no longer be collected, but that all newcomers to Whiteleaf and Cadsden after January 2003 should be invited to join the Association and pay a single fee of £5 per household. This was agreed on the basis that if significant funds were required for a specific purpose (e.g. a fighting fund) the Association would be able to make a special collection from residents.
  4. Meetings
An AGM is usually held in March each year with notice of the meeting circulated to residents. This is usually held in the Whiteleaf Golf Club House and a guest speaker is invited to make a short presentation on matters of interest to the villages or other interesting topics.

The Committee may also call an extraordinary meeting at whatever notice if required to deal with any particular problem.
  5. Communications
In order to improve and speed up communication and consultation and currently have nearly 60% of residents signed up. If you are not currently on our list, have e-mail access and would like to receive  newsletters and other communications by e-mail please send your details to any of the Committee.

  6.  List of properties
Given that there are no house numbers in the villages we thought that residents might find useful the attached list of properties, which is split by road. To view the list click here.
  7. List of Tradespeople
Following a recent appeal for details of trades-people by both the Committee and a resident new to the hamlets and the area, we have compiled a  list from the responses from residents. A big thank you to all of those who did reply. To view click here.

We wish to stress that the details contained in the attached matrix is very much for information purposes and the Committee cannot vouch for, or take responsibility for any work done by the firms or individuals concerned.

Clearly the list only reflects those people, who have been used by and recommended by a resident of the hamlets and we would suggest that, before using anyone, particularly for any major works, you contact the resident, who made the original recommendation, with any questions you may have. Please contact a member of the committee who will provide you with the resident in questions’contact information.

If you do use a particular firm or individual and are not happy with the service provided, then please inform any member of the Committee and we will remove that firm or individual from the list. We will of course hopefully update and expand the list as and when residents provide additional details.
