Mah Jong Group

Mah Jong is a game that originated in China in the 19th century. The game is usually played by 4 players using tiles that are inscribed with Chinese characters and European numbers.

Mah Jong is an easy game to learn and players very quickly pick up the basic rules.

If you would like to learn to play, or are a lapsed player, please do give our sessions a try.

We meet on the first and third Friday afternoons of the month, sessions are held at Haddenham Community library from 2.00pm to 4.30pm

We also meet on the second and fourth Wednesday mornings of the month, sessions are held at the Rosary Room, Catholic Church, Haddenham from 10:30am to 1:00pm.

There is a charge of £1.00 per session to cover rental and refreshment costs.

If you would like to join the group or come along for a taster session please contact Helen Wild on 01296 748679 or wilddinton@waitrose.com.
