The Gardening Group meets on the third Monday of each month (except August and December/January) at 2.30pm. On these dates the Group either visits to gardens and gardening centres, or meets to discuss gardening issues among itself and exchange tips and experiences.
Members contribute to incidental costs such as entrance fees, room hire etc as required

Monday 19 March 2018 - "Posy in a Teacup"
One of our own members Jan Pike will be demonstrating how to create a ‘Posy in a teacup’.
For the demonstration you will need to bring: cup and saucer, scissors, any pretty leaves (ivy, heuchera etc.), small sprigs of shrubs (heather, hebe, rosemary etc.), grape hyacinths. Jan will bring flowers and greenery.
The charge will be a £4.00 to include tea and biscuits, and to cover Jan’s outgoings and room hire costs – payable on the day.
