Thornborough Parish Council are concerned that any development of the Brookfield site which was recently sold at auction would threaten the Conservation Views, impinge on the Conservation area and increase the risk of flooding in the village, already prone to flooding from the two streams running through the centre of the village which converge in this area of land.
