No surcharge on the entry fee for the fun run.

Restrictions. 10k and 5k only

We try to avoid too many restrictions to your enjoyment of the day but we need to consider safety of runners on the road. Below we show some notes for your safety.

1. The start will be on Black Park Road. This section of the circuit has an official road closure order until the race reaches Fulmer Common Road after approximately 750 metres

2. Once out of Black Park Road runners must at all times keep to the left-hand side of the road - left of the white line. Any runner crossing the line to gain an advantage will be taken out of the results. One section has a series of blind bends where runner safety is important. Marshals are instructed to take photo evidence of any runners crossing the line.

3. UKA rules state that the use of headphones is not allowed on any event using open roads where runners share the carriagway with other road users. So please obey the rule that Headphones are not allowed. The race could be threatened if we do not follow these simple rules.

4. If you feel unwell during your run stop by a marshal who will call for medical assistance.

Notes for the 2k flutterby fun run

The fun run will take place within Black Park on firm wide trails. These trails are used by other members of the public who have as much right to be there as ourselves. So please respect others and especially any unleashed dogs.
