These are the current rates and are reviewed twice yearly in January and July.

You will be charged at the rate in force on the date of your event.

1.

The figures shown in brackets represent the weekend rate that applies to all hirers from 6.00pm on Friday to 12 midnight on Sunday.

2.

Regular users are those hirers who have had twelve (12) or more bookings during the previous twelve months.

3.

Setting-up time is charged at 50% of the appropriate hourly rate.

4.

Hire of Bar Area when only using Main Hall: £30 per session.

Hire of Crockery: £40 per session.

Use of MG Village Hall Bar Licence: £40 per session.

5.

If music is played and an entrance fee is charged at a function, the Performing   Rights Society fee of £40.00 is payable.

6.

Wedding receptions please contact us to discuss rates for weddings.

7.

Deposits are charged as follows:-

Children’s party up to the age of 12 - £50

Hall Hire Charge < £100 - £100             

Hall Hire Charge > £100 - £200

We currently do not take Teen, 18th and 21st Birthday Parties

8.

All electricity is included. No meters to feed.

9.

An additional charge of 7% will be applied to the months of October to April to   cover increasing heating costs.

10.

Failure to abide by the no smoking policy results in a fine of £50.

11.

Failure to leave the building locked and secure results in a fine of £100.

12.

Invoices to be paid within 30 days. Late payment results in a £25 admin fee.
