Saturday, 4th June 2016 - Catriona Troth talking about her book Ghost town

Catriona Troth was a student in Coventry in 1981, when it seemed as if racial tensions were readly to boil over. And yet at some point that summer, something fundamental changed. Coventry was one of the few cities in Britain that year where riots did not erupt.

In the course of researching her novel, Ghost Town, Catriona discovered much about what drove the tensions in the first place, and how Coventry came to see off the racists. Come along to know more about her novel.

Our next meetings:

Sun Jul 3rd - Picnic
