Arrowcroft Development Plan

A large property development company, Arrowcroft, has published its own plan for the Grange site. This plan is very markedly different from the plan that was controversially given planning consent by CDC and which has been opposed by CSP Parish Council.

This new plan, depicted below, has the junior school moved onto the Grange site, retains the existing Grange building , has a lower housing density and includes a new supermarket.  It has been supported by CSP Parish Council. The developers are inviting CSP residents to respond to their proposal before Sept 30th.
