Renewing Your Membership for 2012 - 13
Haddenham U3A memberships for the year 2011-12 expire on 31 March 2012. If you would like to renew your membership for the year 1 April 2012 -31 March 2013, you need to complete a Membership Renewal Form now and return it to Angela Wenham. You can download the form by clicking on the link following
Membership Renewal Form 2012-13
Please note that the preferred method of payment is by Standing Order. If you already pay by standing order, you still need to complete and return the renewal form.
If you decide NOT to renew, please notify Angela on 01844 291932, because each year we have a waiting list of people asking to join.
Changing Your Standing Order
Haddenham U3A has recently transferred its bank account from Alliance and Leicester (Santander) to CAF Bank. CAF is Charities Aid Foundation and they provide services, including banking facilities, for charities. If you pay by standing order, it will be necessary for you to advise your bank of our new details. To make this as easy as possible for you, we will provide you with a form or you can print one here. Please complete it with your bank details and signature. Rather than forwarding the form directly to your bank, please return it to our Treasurer, Kevin Nash or to any member of the committee. We ask you to do this so that we can ensure that all those with a standing order have amended their details and no monies are remitted to our old account.
