Sunday Lunch Club
This group is for U3A members who are interested in getting together once per month to have Sunday Lunch at a suitable local hostelry or restaurant. The group is open to all members of Haddenham U3A, but may be of particular interest to “single” members who live alone.
The events take place on the FOURTH Sunday of each month (although it can vary sometimes because of booking availability for a large group). The venue will be announced at the preceding U3A General Meeting. Subject to agreement with the venue, we will aim to meet at 12.30pm for 1pm lunch.
Ray Price is the Group Leader. Although Ray chooses the venue, he is very open to suggestions from members who have personal experience of good venues, or ones they are particularly eager to try.
Ray will try to obtain a menu beforehand, but most will provide the traditional Sunday roast as a minimum.
Members intending to come along should notify Ray in advance. A list will be displayed at each U3A General Meeting for you to sign in. Please let Ray know if you require a vegetarian option or have other dietary requirements.

Members of the Sunday Lunch Club must notify the organiser in advance of their attendance, in order to enable the arrangements with the restaurant to be made. A notice will be displayed at the preceding General Meeting, or phone Ray Price on 299320 |
