You will need to prepare a Thank you page ready to add to your form as a confirmation page. You need this to come up when the form submittee submits the form.

NB. If you wish you can just choose for the submitee to go to the default page.

Making a confirmation page

  • Make sure you are logged in to your site
  • Click on 'Manage website' and follow the link for 'Use Customised Pages'
  • Click the red link at the top 'Create Item'
  • Use the drop down menu and select page
  • Give your page a title eg. Thank you
  • Write a thank you note, for example the wording could be,

 

Thank you your form has been successfully sent to us (or) your group name 

  • Do not select to include in the navigation menu
  • Click 'save and publish'

This page has been saved and will be available to pick up when you need it.
