Aylesbury Cycling Campaign

Service Details

Service Name
Aylesbury Cycling Campaign
Description of Service
Aylesbury Cycling Campaign was formed following a successful Cycling Conference in Aylesbury in May 2002. Its aim is to promote the use of bicycles as an environment-friendly means of transport for local journeys. We bring to the attention of the local authorities, problems that cyclists face and propose measures to encourage people to cycle. National and local government now recognise the many benefits of cycling, but there is still much to be done to raise cycling on the political agenda and get more people cycling. As a member of Aylesbury Cycling Campaign you can help in ways that fit in with your time, talents and interests. Membership is only £5 a year and entitles you to 10% discount at Buckingham Bikes! You can view their website here or refer to our Links page for contact & location information. We keep in contact mostly by email and meet monthly to share information and plan our campaign activities.
