Noticeboard

News has just reached us that Brian Savage collapsed and died this morning (Tuesday 21st February).

Brian was a top division player with the league for some years and also a volunteer supporter including running the tournament on at least one occasion. He won the Mens’ Doubles in 1999 with Ken Phillipson and the mixed doubles with daughter Karen in the previous year.

Within hours we have heard also of the  death of Dave Spragg, a stalwart of the Haddenham Club.

The League's commiserations go to both families.
